If the customer accepts it, its lines become a draft invoice in one click without retyping. ## Installments and company prices An installment plan on the invoice itself tracks each installment, and a named price list assigned to a customer applies its prices to their invoices; an item not on the list sells at the retail price. ## Repairs as work orders A machine that comes in for repair gets a work order with its parts from stock and the technician's charge, and an invoice is issued at pickup. ## What it does not do It does not record a warranty or its end date: you write it in a note or on the invoice.
