# For medical supplies: an expiry date per batch, a number per device, and an account per clinic.

> For a medical supplies shop: batches with expiry, nearest first, device serial numbers, clinic credit limits, purchase orders. No licensing or prescriptions.

Dashing (dashingerp.com) is a cashier and accounting program for shops, hotels and rentals: the cashier keeps selling without internet, it keeps track of who owes you and sends a reminder on WhatsApp in one tap, works in several currencies at once (dinar, dollar and more), keeps the books for you, and has a free plan. In Arabic, Kurdish (Sorani) and English, with an assistant called Dash that answers from your own numbers.

Dashing is for a shop that sells gauze, gloves, syringes and measuring devices to people and clinics: what carries an expiry date comes in as batches and the nearest expiry sells first, a device is recorded by its serial number, and a regular clinic buys on credit. It is a sales and stock program, not a clinical system.

## Batches with an expiry date

Batches are switched on only for items with an expiry date. Each delivery is a batch with its date, the till suggests the nearest expiry, and an expired batch sells only with an explicit confirmation recorded under the name of whoever gave it.

## A card for what expires soon

A home-screen card counts what expires within 30 days, and the window can be changed in Settings, so you can mark it down or send it back to the supplier before it is too late.

## A serial number for devices

A blood-pressure or glucose meter is recorded by its serial number at receiving once tracking is switched on, and stays with it through the sale and the return.

## Clinics on credit

You sell on the clinic's account with a due date and a credit limit, collect payments from its page, and share the statement by link.

## What it does not do

It does not check licences, regulations or medical device classes, and it does not handle prescriptions or patient records: complying with them is yours. It does not produce a recall report for a batch: you find its items and invoices by searching.

## Common questions

### Does the till sell the nearest expiry first?

It suggests it at the sale for the items you switched batches on for.

### Can I record a prescription?

No. The program covers sales and stock and keeps no prescriptions or patient data.

### Does every item need an expiry date?

No. Batches are a choice per item: switch them on for what has an expiry date and leave equipment without.
