The frame is a parent product with its variants entered under it, each color and size with its own barcode and stock in every branch. What has no barcode gets a label printed from Inventory.

## Installments and the customer account

You sell the glasses on an installment plan on the invoice with a deposit, each payment recorded against it. A regular customer has an account showing what they owe, and you share the statement as a link.

## Returns and exchanges

An exchange of one frame for another happens in one transaction that settles only the difference, with or without the receipt; without it the software lists matching sales within a window you set and records the choice under the cashier.

## Contact lenses with an expiry date

Switch batches on for lenses and solutions so the nearest expiry sells first and a card shows what expires within 30 days.
