# Downloading all your shop's data in one file

> Settings, then "Your data", then "Export everything (zip)" gives you products, customers, suppliers, invoices and the journal as CSV files that open in Excel.

One zip file holds your whole shop. It is yours to keep, to open in Excel or to give your accountant.

## Steps

1. Open "Settings", then "Your data".
2. Press "Export everything (zip)".
3. Wait for "Downloaded." and find the zip in your downloads.
4. Unzip it. You get products.csv, customers.csv, suppliers.csv, invoices.csv and journal.csv.
5. Open a file in Excel. The files are UTF-8, so Arabic shows correctly.

The products file has the same columns the import reads, so it can go back in through [importing products](/help/import-products-from-csv).

## If it doesn't work

- "The export did not complete. Try again.": check the internet and press the button again.
- "The full export is for the shop owner.": sign in as the owner.
- Arabic looks broken: open the file with Excel's text import and choose UTF-8.

## What the system does not do

It does not delete anything or change your shop.

**Does it cost anything or depend on my plan?**
