For pet shops: food by the kilo from the sack, and an expiry date per batch.
Dashing is for a pet shop that sells food weighed out of a large sack and by the whole sack, canned food with an expiry date, cages and toys in sizes, and relies on an owner who returns every month for the same food.
The sack and the kilo
You define the kilo as the base unit and the sack with its factor and barcode: scanning the sack deducts 20 kilos, and a kilo and a half is typed as 1.5. No scale is connected, so the weight is typed.
Expiry on food and cans
Batches are switched on for food alone; the nearest expiry sells first and a card shows what expires within 30 days.

Start freeSizes and colors for supplies
A collar, a cage or a bed is a parent product with variants for sizes, each with its own barcode and stock.
The regular
Points are earned on each invoice and redeemed, a regular has an account to buy on credit up to a limit you set, and a home-screen card names the regular who went quiet.
What it does not do
No veterinary records, no profile per animal and no vaccination reminders. No electronic scale connected: the weight is typed.
Common questions
Can I sell an opened sack by the kilo?
Yes, in the base unit, the kilo, and stock is deducted from it.
Does it track live animals?
No. It is a selling program for products and keeps no file per animal.
Can a regular buy on credit?
Yes. Choose credit, then the customer, and the invoice goes on their account; a credit limit can be set.
