A phone shop invoice: every handset with its IMEI, storage and colour.

A phone you sell can come back weeks later for a warranty claim or an exchange, and the only way to prove it came from your shop is its serial number. This template adds an IMEI column plus storage and colour, because one model sells in sizes and colours that price differently. It has sample rows for generic handsets and for accessories that have no number, with the prices left blank for you to fill.

Common questions

Should I write the IMEI on every phone invoice?

Yes for handsets: it is what proves that phone left your shop if it comes back for a warranty claim or an exchange. You find it by dialling *#06# on the phone or on the box. For accessories leave it blank, as the sample rows do.

Why are storage and colour separate columns?

Because one model repeats on the invoice in different sizes and colours at different prices, and separate columns make sorting and searching easy. Put each handset on its own line with its own number, since each has one IMEI.

Does the template include a warranty or exchange terms?

No, it is a sales table only. Write your own warranty terms at the bottom before printing, since they differ between shops and suppliers.

Dashing does this for every item, automatically, in your shop.
