A clothing price list: each style at one price with its size range.

A style comes in many sizes and colours at usually one price, so a price list does not need a line for every combination. This template gives each style one price with the range of sizes in stock and the colours, so the seller and the customer see what to ask for at a glance. It has sample rows for common pieces with no brands, and the prices are blank.

Common questions

Does the price differ between sizes?

Mostly not, but very large sizes can cost more. If the price differs, put the larger range on its own line with its price, so each line keeps one clear price.

Should each colour have a line?

No, listing colours in one cell is enough while the price is the same. Quantities by colour and size belong in the stock count, not the price list.

How do I show sale prices?

Add a column by hand for the reduced price, or print a separate list for the season, and leave the base sale price alone. You then return to the original price with no recalculation.

Dashing does this for every item, automatically, in your shop.
