A grocery price list: every price with its unit and pack size.
In a grocery rice is sold by the bag, cucumbers by the kilo and eggs by the tray, and a price written without its unit gets asked about by every customer. This template adds two columns to cost and sale price: the selling unit and the pack size. It has sample rows for common grocery items with no brands, and the costs and prices are blank for you to fill.

Common questions
Why put the unit next to the price?
Because 2000 per kilo is not 2000 per bag. With the unit beside the price neither the customer nor the cashier has to ask, and shelf pricing mistakes drop.
How do I price an item sold by weight?
Enter kilo as the unit and the per-kilo price, and mark pack size as by weight. The price is per unit, and at the sale you work out the total from the actual weight.
How often should I review the list?
Review fast-moving prices such as oil, sugar and vegetables weekly, and the rest monthly or when a supplier changes a price. Reprint after each review so no old price stays on a shelf.
