For bookshops and stationers: thousands of small items, scanned at the till or given a label of your own.
Dashing is for a bookshop or stationer with thousands of cheap items, pens, notebooks and books: you bring them in from one file, a book scans by the barcode printed on it, whatever has none gets a label you print, and a minimum per item warns you before it runs out.
Bring the catalogue in from a file
Items import from a CSV file with Arabic or English headers; 500 items with their stock take about 6 seconds. You start from your current Excel list without retyping it.
The printed barcode and your own label
A book with a barcode on it is scanned straight into the item you registered. What has none, a single pen for example, gets a label printed from Inventory with its name and price.

Start freeA minimum and purchase orders
A minimum per item shows in the low-stock list and a home-screen card, and a draft purchase order to the supplier follows in one tap. A supplier delivery can be received in parts.
The back-to-school season
An offer as a percentage or an amount between two dates applies on its own at the till, and a school or office customer buys on credit on its account with a credit limit you set.
What it does not do
It does not look a book up by ISBN: you enter the title and price yourself or import them from your file. It does not track books returned to a publisher or sold on consignment.
Common questions
Can I import my current catalogue from Excel?
Yes. Save the sheet as CSV and import it; Arabic or English headers are accepted.
Can I sell the single notebook and the dozen?
Yes. Define the base unit, then the dozen with its factor, barcode and price.
Can a book come back without the receipt?
Yes. The cashier picks the item and the software lists the matching sales within the window you set; the choice is recorded under their name.
