Seasonality

Seasonality is a repeating rise or fall in sales at certain times of the year, such as summer, winter and school time.

What it means for a shop owner

Look at last year sales for the same month before you order. Buy early for what rises and do not over-buy just before a season ends. Note down the seasons of your own items.

A worked example

Fans sell 10 in winter and 80 in summer. You order 80 two weeks before summer, not in the middle of it.
