Tax threshold
It is the yearly sales amount above which you must register for a certain tax, if your country has such a limit.
What it means for a shop owner
Some countries have no limit, and some raise or lower it. Track your running sales to see how close you are. Noticing early avoids a surprise.
A worked example
If the limit is, for example, 50000 and you sold 46000 this year, you are close to it.
