If it doesn't work
- "Could not load preferences": check the internet and open the page again.
- Changes lost: press "Save" before leaving the page.
- Nothing arrives by email: check the channel is on and look in the spam folder.
What the system does not do
It does not change what other people receive. These are your own choices only.
Common questions
- Are these settings for the whole shop?
- No. They are your own. Each person who signs in sets theirs.
- I turned a channel off and its list disappeared.
- That is expected. The kinds under a channel only show while the channel is on.
