Can't sign in, or sent back to the sign-in page?
What to do when the sign-in page keeps coming back, Google sign-in does nothing, or you are not sure whether you already have a shop.

Steps
- If the page asks you to sign in again right after you signed in, check your internet and try once more.
- If you used Google, open the page in your phone's own browser, not inside another app, and press Google again.
- If "We can't load your shop right now" appears, press Try again. Your shop and your sales are not lost.
- Not sure you have a shop? Choose Sign in and use the same email. If you are already signed in, the sign-up page shows who you are and a Continue button.
- Still stuck? Message us on WhatsApp from the help button and we will open it with you.
Notes
- Signing in again never deletes your shop, products or sales.
Common questions
- I signed in with Google and ended up on the sign-in page again.
- Open the page in your phone's browser (Chrome or Safari) instead of inside another app such as Facebook or Instagram, then press Google again. Or sign in with your email and password.
- It says my shop could not be loaded.
- Your shop is safe. Check your internet and press Try again. You do not need to sign up again.
- I am not sure if I already made a shop.
- Try Sign in with the email you used. If you see "You are already signed in", press Continue.
