A simple salary slip: earnings minus deductions is the net pay.
Need a payslip for one employee and not a full payroll system? Type the employer, the employee, their job title and the pay period, then add a line for each earning such as basic pay, allowances and bonuses, and a line for each deduction such as an advance or unpaid days. The tool adds each side and subtracts the deductions from the earnings, so the net pay appears on a clean slip with two signature lines. Print it or save it as a PDF.

What it works out and what it does not
It adds the amounts you type and subtracts the deductions from the earnings, rounding each amount to the currency's decimals. It does not calculate income tax, social security or insurance, because the rates differ by country and change. Type those deductions as your country's rules or your accountant set them.
What is saved
Only the employer name, phone and currency are kept in your browser, for next time. The employee's name and the amounts stay on the open page and are not saved; closing the page clears them.
Common questions
Does it calculate tax or social security?
No. It only adds and subtracts what you type, so enter each deduction as an amount, the way your country's rules set it.
Does it store employee data?
No. The employee's name and the amounts stay on the page and are not saved or uploaded. Only the employer name, phone and currency are remembered in your browser.
How do I get a PDF?
Press "Print or save as PDF", then choose "Save as PDF" as the printer in the print window.
Can I add more than one line of each?
Yes. The "+ Line" button under each section adds a row, and a row with no amount does not appear on the slip.
