An electrical supplies order: each item with its rating and spec.

In electrical supplies one item differs by its rating: a 16 A breaker is not a 32 A one, and a 9 W lamp is not an 18 W one. Ordering by name alone invites mistakes, and some of them are safety matters that a swap cannot fix. So this template adds the rating and the spec, such as wire gauge, cap type or number of poles. It has sample rows for common items with no brands, and the costs are blank.

Common questions

Why is rating a separate column?

Because it is what separates two items that look alike, and a supplier finds 16 A in its own column more easily than inside a long name. It also helps you check quickly at receipt.

What goes in the spec column?

Whatever separates the item from others of the same rating: wire gauge, cap type, number of poles, light colour, cable length. Keep it short and exact: what you write is what the supplier prepares.

Does it replace a conformity certificate?

No, it is only a purchase order and does not prove an item meets standards. Ask the supplier for the conformity certificate used in your country for safety-related products.
