Glossary
Dynamic pricing
Dynamic pricing means changing the price with demand, time or stock instead of keeping it fixed all the time.
What it means for a shop owner
It suits perishable goods or short seasons. Do not change too often or customers lose trust in your prices. Record each change so you can see its effect.
A worked example
You drop bread from 2 to 1.5 after 8 pm so the rest does not spoil.
