Expired stock
These are items past their expiry date that must not be sold, including food, medicine and cosmetics.
What it means for a shop owner
Selling it is against the law in most countries and can harm the customer. Check dates weekly and put the soonest-to-expire at the front. Record what you throw away as a loss.
A worked example
You find 14 expired boxes at 3 each, so you record a loss of 42.
