Multi-currency
Multi-currency means selling, buying and holding more than one currency, such as dinar and dollar, and recording each in its own.
What it means for a shop owner
It appears when one customer pays in dollars and you pay a supplier in dinars. Keep a box for each currency so counts do not mix. When the rate moves, a currency gain or loss can arise.
A worked example
You receive 100 dollars at 1,500 and record 150,000. Changing them later at 1,520 gives you 152,000, a gain of 2,000.
