Payment reminder
A payment reminder is a short message or call telling a customer about an amount due and its date.
What it means for a shop owner
Send one two days before the date, then on the day, then after it. State the amount, the invoice number and how to pay. Stay polite, since most lateness is forgetfulness.
A worked example
You message 12 customers whose invoices fall due this week, and 7 of them pay.
