Retail price
The retail price is the shelf price an end customer pays when buying one or a few pieces for their own use.
What it means for a shop owner
It is usually the highest price on your list because it covers cost, running costs and profit. You build it from the cost price plus a markup that suits your market. Review it whenever your buying cost changes.
A worked example
A piece costs 6 and you add 50 percent, so the retail price is 9. Selling 20 pieces brings in 180.
