Sales channel
A sales channel is the route by which your goods reach the customer, such as the shop, an online store or a chat app.
What it means for a shop owner
Each channel has its own cost and audience. Record the source of each sale to learn which channel really earns. Do not open a new channel before you control the stock shared between them.
A worked example
Of 10000 in sales, the shop gives 7000, the online store 2000 and chat 1000.
