User permissions
User permissions are what each staff member may see or do in the system, such as selling, discounting or viewing reports.
What it means for a shop owner
Start with the least access possible and add when needed, not the other way round. Sensitive actions like voiding, stock edits and deleting bills stay with the manager. When someone leaves, shut their account the same day.
A worked example
Your team is 5 people: the manager holds all rights and the four cashiers can only sell. 1 of 5 can delete a bill.
