Read your day and close it
The Today card on the main page and the Today line on the till show your sales and total. Tap either to close the day: cash, card, on credit, who paid and who owes.

Open the main page, or look at the top of the till. After your first sale you see "Today: 7 sales · 85,000 IQD". Nothing shows before the first sale.
Steps
- Tap the Today card on the main page, or the Today line on the till.
- "Close the day" opens with the number of sales and the total.
- Below it you see the money that moved today: cash, card, and on credit (what stayed unpaid on today's sales). A payment made today on an older debt counts today and shows as "Debts collected today"; a payment made tomorrow never changes today. Cash paid out today (refunds, supplier payments made in cash, and cash you took out of the drawer) is taken off, and cash you put in is added.
- If a shift opened today, "Opening cash" shows the change you started with, and "Cash in the drawer should be" is that opening cash plus cash in, minus cash out. Compare it with what you count in your drawer. If no shift opened, the line reads "Cash taken today" without the opening cash: add the change you started with, then compare with your drawer.
- Under that, see who paid and who owes (including customers who paid a debt today). The list shows 20 customers per page.
- Compare the figures with your notebook. To keep a copy, press "Send to my WhatsApp" and pick your own chat.
What it does not do
It does not close a shift or count your drawer, and it changes no figure. If you use shifts, the shift close screen shows the same totals after you close.
Common questions
- Do I need a shift to close the day?
- No. Close the day works with or without shifts. It only reads your sales; it does not count your drawer. Counting the drawer is the shift's job.
- Why is the figure different from my notebook?
- Check the three usual causes: a sale still waiting to upload from a phone, a sale you removed as a test, and money someone owes you that your notebook counts when it is paid. The split into cash, card and on credit shows which one.
- Which day does it count?
- Your shop's own day, by its timezone, not the phone's clock.
