A delivery note you print and sign at the door.

A delivery note travels with the goods and records what was delivered, to whom and when, with no prices. Type the receiver, the items and their quantities, and you get a page with a running number and signature lines for the receiver and the driver. Your browser remembers your shop details, and nothing leaves your device.

ItemQty

Shop name and phone are remembered in your browser, and the note number goes up by one after each print. Nothing leaves your device.

Why no prices

The note proves delivery, not payment. With no prices on it, you can hand it to a driver or a storeroom clerk without revealing your pricing, and the invoice stays the paper that carries the amount.

The two signatures

The receiver signs after counting the goods, and the driver signs that they handed them over. Write any shortage or damage in the note before signing; that is what you go back to in a dispute.

Common questions

What is the difference between a delivery note and an invoice?

The note shows that goods were delivered and in what quantity, with no prices. The invoice asks for the money. Many shops send the note with the goods and the invoice afterwards.

Is anything saved?

The shop name, phone and next note number are remembered in your browser only. The receiver and items start empty each time.

Can I save it as a PDF?

Yes. Press print, then choose save as PDF in the print window.

Dashing does this for every item, automatically, in your shop.
