An agricultural supplies quotation: the pack size and the delivery date.
A farmer buys to suit the planting season, and a late delivery can cost the season. This template puts the pack size and delivery date on every line, so prices are compared on the same pack and the buyer knows when materials will arrive. It has sample lines with generic names, and prices are blank.

Common questions
Can I write seasonal payment terms?
Yes. If you accept payment after harvest, write the date and amount on the quote. Clarity protects both you and the farmer from a misunderstanding.
How do I deal with items that expire?
Add the production or expiry date to the quote notes for pesticides and fertilisers with a limited life. The customer deserves to know before buying.
Do I price by the tonne or by the bag?
Price in the unit the customer orders by, and if you offer both, make them two lines. What matters is never comparing two different packs on one line.
