A computer quotation: the specs and warranty of every line.

A company fitting out an office with ten machines wants a detailed quote: processor, memory, storage and warranty. This template puts the specs and the warranty in months in two columns per line, so the buyer compares your offer with another on one basis. It has sample lines with no brands, and prices are blank.

Common questions

Should the warranty be on the quote?

Yes, a business buyer asks about it before the price. Write its length in months beside each line, and what it does not cover, such as breakage and liquids, in a note under the table.

How do I quote when part prices move?

Set a short validity period and state it clearly. If an item is not in stock, say so and give the wait time.

How do I follow up who agreed?

Log every quote with a number, a date and its state: open, agreed or expired. In Dashing you track quotes and turn them into invoices with a click.

Dashing does this for every item, automatically, in your shop.
