An electrical quotation: the specification and lead time of every line.

An electrician cannot accept a substitute with a different rating: 2.5 mm wire is not 4, and a 16 A breaker is not 32. So this template puts the specification in its own column beside the lead time, letting the customer match what they need to what you offer. It has sample lines with no brands, and prices are blank.

Common questions

Why write the full specification?

Because the name alone is not enough in electrics, and any confusion costs the contractor a re-install. A written specification makes the quote a reference at handover.

What do I write for items not in stock?

Put the real number of days in the lead-time column. A customer prefers an honest date to a quick promise that does not hold.

Should I discount large quantities?

That is your call, but show it as a lower unit price on that line rather than a vague total, so the customer sees the effect of quantity. Prices here are blank for you to fill.

Dashing does this for every item, automatically, in your shop.
