A furniture quotation: the size and the material of every piece.

Someone buying a bedroom set decides by size and material, not by a photo: will it fit the door, is it solid wood or board? This template puts dimensions and material in two columns for each piece, so the quote is a document the customer can compare between two shops. It has sample pieces and prices are blank.

Common questions

Should delivery and assembly be in the quote?

Yes, as separate lines, since large furniture costs to move and assemble. That way the customer is not surprised at the door.

How much deposit for a custom order?

There is no fixed figure. Write your percentage and its amount on the quote so the customer agrees by signing, and keep a signed copy.

What changes between quote and invoice?

The agreed quantities and prices are fixed and payments are added. In Dashing an approved quote becomes an invoice directly, with no retyping.

Dashing does this for every item, automatically, in your shop.
