Chargeback
It is when a customer asks his card bank to take back an amount he paid you, so the bank pulls the amount from you for now.
What it means for a shop owner
It happens with fraud or a dispute over delivery or quality. Keep delivery proof, the invoice and messages to answer it. A clear return policy makes it less likely.
A worked example
A customer pays 300 and then disputes it, so the bank takes 300 from you until it is settled.
