Delivery
Delivery is taking an order to the customer where they are instead of having them come to you, often for a fee or above a minimum order.
What it means for a shop owner
Record the customer address, phone and who will drive. If payment is on delivery, collect the money from the driver and log it. Count the delivery cost in your own costs if you do not charge it.
A worked example
An order of 80 with a delivery fee of 5. The customer pays 85 and the driver hands you the money in the evening.
