Drop shipping
Drop shipping means selling an item without holding it, so the supplier sends it straight to your customer after you order it.
What it means for a shop owner
You need no storage and little capital, but you never see the goods or control how fast they arrive. Any delay or mistake is blamed on you by the customer. Pick a reliable supplier and agree on returns with him.
A worked example
You sell a device for 120 and buy it from the supplier for 100 after the customer orders. You earn 20 without the device passing through your shop.
