Free shipping
Free shipping is an offer where the customer does not pay for delivery, often with a minimum order value.
What it means for a shop owner
It is not free for you, since the cost goes into the price or margin. A minimum encourages the customer to add an item. Try different thresholds and watch the average order.
A worked example
Shipping is free over 100, so a customer adds a 15 item to go from 85 to 100.
