Shipping cost
Shipping cost is what you pay to get an order to the customer, including packing and carriage.
What it means for a shop owner
Either charge it to the customer or build it into the price. Tell him before payment, not after. Count it in your costs when setting your margin.
A worked example
The order is 80 and shipping is 6, so the customer pays 86 or you build it into the price.
