Offline mode
Offline mode means you keep selling when the connection drops, and the data syncs by itself when it returns.
What it means for a shop owner
A network outage should never stop the till. Sales are kept on the device and sent in order, with no duplicates and none lost. Try it once before it happens at a busy hour.
A worked example
The internet is out for 20 minutes and you make 15 sales. When it returns, all 15 appear in the reports at once.
