Planogram

A planogram is a drawing that shows where each item goes on the shelves and how many facings it gets, so the shop layout stays the same.

What it means for a shop owner

It helps a shop with several staff or branches because everyone arranges goods the same way. Put the fast sellers at eye level. You do not need special software, a sheet of paper or a photo is enough.

A worked example

A shelf with 4 levels holds 10 packs per level. You put the fastest seller at eye level, so the shelf holds 40 packs in total.
