Price tag

A price tag is a small label on an item or shelf that shows its name and price, often with a barcode.

What it means for a shop owner

The written price must match the price at the till, or an argument starts at payment. Replace tags as soon as a price changes. Print them in a large, clear font.

A worked example

You raise the oil from 4 to 5 and replace 24 shelf tags in minutes.
