Quotation to invoice
It is turning a quote the customer accepted into an invoice with the same items and prices, without retyping them.
What it means for a shop owner
It cuts mistakes and keeps the agreement as it was. If quantity or price changes after approval, edit the quote first. Keep the original quote so you can return to it in a dispute.
A worked example
A quote of 2,400 for office furniture is accepted. You convert it and the invoice comes out at 2,400 with the same items.
