Repeat customer
A repeat customer is one who has bought from you more than once, and is cheaper and more profitable than finding a new customer.
What it means for a shop owner
Save the customer name and number at the sale so you know who returns. A satisfied customer tells others. Check what share of your customers came back within 90 days.
A worked example
This month 100 customers bought from you, and 35 of them also bought last month. The return share is 35 percent.
