A cleaning supplies delivery note: the container and its size for each item.

The same cleaner is sold in a bottle, a jerrycan and a drum, and a hotel or restaurant order is usually by the jerrycan. This template puts the container type and size on every line and leaves a received column, so a 5-litre jerrycan is never mixed up with a 1-litre bottle. It has sample rows with no brands and no prices.

Common questions

Should safety notes go on the note?

They go on the container itself. But add a note on the delivery if the load holds products that must not mix, such as bleach and acid cleaners, so the receiver stores them apart.

How do I handle leaking containers?

Check the containers on receipt, note any that leak, and lower the figure in the received column. The receiver signs for the sound count only.

Do I take back empty jerrycans?

If you have a return policy, write the number taken back in a note on the same delivery note, so the two sides do not later disagree about the containers.
