A produce delivery note: the crates and the net weight.
Produce arrives in crates whose weight includes the crate itself, and both sides agree on the net. This template shows the number of crates and the net weight per item, and leaves a received column for what the shop weighed on arrival, so they know straight away whether it matches. It has sample rows and no prices because those change daily.
Sample rows: Fruit and vegetables
Examples only; prices are blank for you to fill.

Common questions
How do I handle spoiled goods on arrival?
Sort the spoiled in front of the driver, write only the good weight in the received column, and both sign the figure. That way you do not pay for what you cannot sell.
Do I subtract the crate weight?
Agree the net with the supplier and write it as agreed. If the crates are returned, note their number so they do not get lost between you.
When do I write the note?
At loading, not at the end of the day, since fresh information is more accurate. Early arrival lets you sort before the shop opens.
