Loyalty points: turn them on, set the rates, use them at the till
Switch on the loyalty program in Settings, choose how many points a sale earns and what a point is worth, then let a customer spend their points at the till.

Loyalty gives a customer points on every confirmed invoice. At the till they spend them as a discount on the rest of the sale.
Steps
- Open "Settings" and stay on "Business profile". Find the card "Loyalty program".
- Turn on "Enable loyalty". The two rates appear.
- Set "Points per IQD" (for example 0.001 means 1 point for every 1,000 IQD) and "IQD per point" (what one point is worth when spent). Press "Save".
- Sell as usual and attach the customer to the sale. Confirmed invoices now earn points.
- At the till, when the attached customer has points, the sale shows "Loyalty points" with the balance and its worth. Press "Use points", type "Points to use" (or press "All") and press "Apply".
- Charge the sale. To drop the discount before charging, press "Stop using points".
To see or correct a balance, open the customer: the "Loyalty points" panel shows "Current balance", "Lifetime earned" and each movement.
If it doesn't work
- No points are earned: check that "Enable loyalty" is on and "Points per IQD" is not zero.
- The discount is smaller than expected: points come off after the sale's discount and never take the total below zero.
- Walk-in customer: points belong to a customer, so choose or add the customer first.
What the system does not do
It does not give points for sales made before you turned the program on.
Common questions
- A customer has points but I don't see "Use points" at the till.
- It only shows for a real customer (not a walk-in) when the program is on, the customer has points, and one point is worth more than zero. Attach the customer to the sale first.
- Can I fix a customer's points by hand?
- Yes. Open the customer, press "Adjust points", choose Add or Remove, type the number and an optional reason, then Save.
