Seeing who owes you and sending debt reminders on WhatsApp
Open "Who owes me" from the home screen, then "Debt reminders": late customers are listed and you send each the statement link on WhatsApp.

When a customer's oldest unpaid credit sale gets old enough, they join the reminder list. You see the whole list in one place and send the ones you choose.
Steps
- On the home screen tap the line "Who owes me" with the number of customers and the total. If reminders are ready it opens them directly. Or open "Accounting", then the "Customer debts" card.
- On the debts screen press "Debt reminders" (the button shows how many are ready).
- Each row shows the customer, the balance and how old their oldest sale is. Press "Send on WhatsApp": your WhatsApp opens with the shop name, the balance and a link to the statement.
- A customer with no number shows "no number, the link is copied". Press "Add their number", type it in "WhatsApp number" and press "Save number".
- Not today? Press "Skip". Never? Press "Stop reminding".
- When the customer pays, record it from their page (collect a payment).
If it doesn't work
- "Nothing ready to send today.": no customer has reached the reminder age, or all were reminded recently.
- "Could not create the link": check the internet and try again.
What the system does not do
It does not send anything by itself and it does not use a WhatsApp business account; the message goes from your own WhatsApp.
Common questions
- Does the app send the messages by itself?
- No. Nothing is sent until you tap "Send on WhatsApp" on a customer's row. It opens your own WhatsApp with the message ready.
- How do I stop reminding one customer?
- Tap "Stop reminding" on their row. "Skip" only rests them for a while.
