Turning on delivery and moving an order to delivered
In Settings, open Delivery, switch on "Enable delivery" and pick a preset for the stages. Then each order shows a delivery box where you advance it step by step.

If you send orders to customers, switch delivery on and every order shows where it is.
Steps
- Open "Settings" and choose "Delivery".
- Switch on "Enable delivery".
- Under "Presets" choose the closest one: "Simple" (out for delivery, then delivered), "Retail" (ready, out, delivered) or "Warehouse" (prepare, ready, out, delivered).
- Under "Stages" you may rename a stage; the name is shown in your current language. The last two stages are required.
- Open an order from "Invoices". The "Delivery" box shows the stage and a button "Advance to" the next one.
- Optionally fill "Company", "Tracking number" and "Fee", then press "Save delivery details". At the last stage the box says "Delivery complete."
If it doesn't work
- "You do not have permission to advance delivery.": your role may not move orders; ask the owner.
- "Could not update the status.": check the internet and try again.
What the system does not do
It does not book a courier or track the parcel by itself. The fee is paid by the customer to the delivery company on arrival, not to the shop.
Common questions
- I do not see Delivery in Settings.
- That section is for the owner or an admin. Ask them to turn it on.
- What happens when I turn it off?
- Orders go back to the simple completed flow, without delivery screens.
