A florist receipt: the occasion and the pickup date on the page.

A bouquet is ordered for an occasion and a time, and a wrong time is not fixed by an apology. This template adds the occasion and the pickup or delivery date to every line, so the receipt doubles as the prep sheet for your team. It has sample rows, and prices are blank.

Common questions

Should the card message go on the receipt?

Write it in a note line under the table since it belongs to the order, and confirm it with the customer before they leave. One wrong word can spoil the gift.

How do I handle advance orders?

Write the pickup date, and the hour if it matters, and take part payment up front for big orders. In busy seasons, review tomorrow's list the evening before.

What about flowers that wilt before the date?

Flowers are short-lived, so set a clear policy and state it: what you cover and what you do not. Note what the customer should do to avoid it, such as putting them in water.

Dashing does this for every item, automatically, in your shop.
