Wholesale prices: make a price list and give it to a customer
From Customers press "Price lists", create a list such as Wholesale, add a special price per product, then choose it on the customer.

A wholesale buyer pays other prices than a walk-in. Make the prices once, attach them to the customer, and the till does the rest.
Steps
- Open "Customers" and press "Price lists".
- In "New list name…" type a name, for example Wholesale, and press "Add". The list appears.
- Select the list. Under it, "Search a product…" and pick a product.
- Type the "Special price" and press "Add override". Repeat for each product. "Remove" deletes a row.
- Press "Close". Open the customer, press edit, and in "Price list" choose the new list, then save.
- At the till, attach that customer. The cart is priced again with their list.
If it doesn't work
- No "Price lists" button or no "Price list" field: your role may not read price lists. Ask the owner.
- "Could not save.": check the internet and try again.
What the system does not do
It does not change the product's normal price, and it does not apply to a sale with no customer attached.
Common questions
- A product I did not list for the customer: what price does it get?
- Its normal price. The list only changes the products you added to it.
- How do I take a customer off the list?
- Open the customer, press edit and choose "Retail (no list)" in "Price list".
